Dear iPeople Shareholders,

We are pleased to announce that starting 2024 iPeople, inc (“the Company”) will be implementing an enhanced dividend payment process which aims to provide you a better, safer, and more efficient method of delivering the Company’s dividends compared to the previous practice of issuing dividend checks and delivering these via courier.

By choosing to receive cash dividends through CDDCP, shareholders will have a better payment experience with the following benefits:

  1. Safe and secure.
  2. Convenience of receiving cash dividends without going to the bank to deposit for clearing or physically cashing the checks.
  3. Real time crediting of dividend (for RCBC account only while for other designated bank, it is subject to credit batching of the designated bank).
  4. Prompts an email advice with the details of the dividends.
  5. No waiting time and risk of losing dividend checks due to courier’s failed delivery.

Individual shareholders can ENROLL ONLINE at https://www.rcbc.com/CDDCP/CDDCP-Online.

Corporate shareholders can DOWNLOAD THE FORMS using this link (CDDCP Corporate). You will find therein the list of documentary requirements to be submitted together with the enrollment form. Please submit original copies of all documents to RCBC Stock Transfer office located at the Ground Floor of Grepalife Building, 221 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City. Please note that enrollment to the program is subject to the verification process of RCBC Stock Transfer.
